What is your return policy?

Returns & Exchanges:
We want you to love your new product or cryptid companion! If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective

🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item shows up damaged or flawed, contact us within 5 days of receiving it and include a few photos. We’ll replace it or offer a full refund — your choice!

📦 Non-Returnable Items:
Custom orders and sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Email us with your order number and the issue — we’ll walk you through the next steps quickly and painlessly.

  • Currently we entrust USPS and UPS with a variety of shipping options available.

  • We ship everywhere in the United States and its territories at the moment - eventually we plan to ship globally once the tariff situation gets under control.

  • Items will be typically processed/shipped out within 2-5 business days unless it is a custom/bulk order or otherwise noted on the product description - custom shipping details will be worked out on an individual basis.

  • Each piece of our jewelry is handmade with enchanted odds and ends: 3D-printed charms, vibrant pony beads, and hypoallergenic metals gentle enough for even the most delicate fae or fashion-forward goblin. Whether you’re dressing for a moonlit ritual or a mossy market crawl, these trinkets add just the right touch of mischief and magic. 🦇🍄✨

For 3D Prints:

  • We summon our 3D creations using high-quality PLA — a plant-based, biodegradable plastic that’s lightweight, durable, and eerily perfect for conjuring tiny cryptids and eldritch cuties. It’s safe for indoor haunting and just a little kinder to the mortal realm 🌿👻

  • Just a heads up from the crypt: PLA doesn’t like extreme heat or prolonged sunbathing. Keep your creatures out of direct sunlight and away from toasty spots (like car dashboards or near cauldrons), or they may begin to warp back into the void. 🌞🔥👀

Can I request a custom piece?

Absolutely! I love custom work. Message me with your ideas and we’ll dream something up together.

Will my item look exactly like the photo?

Because everything is handmade, slight variations in color, shape, or bead placement are normal—and part of the charm! Each piece is one-of-a-kind and unique.
